- Rates quoted are in Canadian funds and are subject to a 13% HST
- A deposit will be charged at time of booking ($250 per 2 and 1 bdrm cottage per week during peak season, $150 all other times per 2 and 1 bdrm cottage per week or for shorter stays, penthouse $250 off season weekly and shorter stays, $350 peak per week). Cancellation within 60 days or more of your scheduled stay, deposit refunded less a $50 per day cancellation fee, 14-60 days, no refund, 14 days or less, you are responsible for the full cost of your stay.
- Check-in after 3pm, check-out on your departure day by 9am please! (off season times may vary). An early check-in fee of $100 will apply if early access to the cottage is requested and available, and a $100 late check out fee will apply if requested and available.
- Minimum 2 night stay for off season bookings, 3 night minimum on holidays and weekends.
- All guests must register and pay the balance of your account upon check-in by cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard.
- Bedding supplied. Please bring your own towels and dish towels. No charge for parking, garbage bags, toilet tissue.
- While every effort is made to ensure your requested cottage, we reserve the right to reassign your cottage if necessary
- NO PETS ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please make your own arrangements for your pet care.
- HOTMAIL ACCOUNT USERS: We respond to every email. Please check your junk folder.
- PACKAGE PLAN includes cottage rental, 15 hp motor, 16 ft. aluminum boat and first tank of gas.

- Each additional person over 4 per cottage (over age 4) including visitors: $50/day or $200/wk.
- Only the number of persons reserved for will be accepted.
- Max. occupancy: 1 bdrm, 2 adults and 1 child under 13; 2 bdrm, 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 children under 13; Penthouse, 6 persons. No exceptions.
- Deduct $50 per week for 2 or more weeks booked consecutively.
