- We have excellent docking and launching facilities.
- Paddles, anchors and P.F.D.’s are supplied.
- Boats are 16 foot aluminum with 15 hp motors & two swivel boat seats.
- Worms and ice are available for purchase at the resort, and there is an extensive bait shop in Pointe au Baril. There is an indoor fish cleaning hut, bait fridge & fish freezer on the premises in the summer as well as an ice fishing hut available to rent during winter months.

- We have a large sandy beach with chairs, loungers and plenty of grassy and shaded areas.
- In the village of Pointe au Baril, just 4km from your cottage, there is good shopping for everyday needs, a post office and a liquor/beer store.
- There is a nurses station in Pointe au Baril and a state-of-the-art hospital in Parry Sound.
- Sunday church services are conducted during the summer months.
